House Rules
Stays at the “Cortile D’Annunzio” villa are subject to acceptance of the following rules, established to ensure maximum comfort and peace and to preserve the very high quality of the premises:
- Maximum occupancy: the villa can accommodate a strict maximum of 4 people, namely 2 adults and 2 children.
- No extra beds: the furniture layout is fixed. Extra beds, cots or folding beds are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Pet-free policy: the property does not allow animals. To ensure a hypoallergenic environment and absolute hygiene standards, access is strictly forbidden to dogs, cats or any other animal.
- No smoking
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Tourist Tax (Municipality of Muggia)
In compliance with the provisions of the Municipality of Muggia for tourist rentals, guests are informed that a tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night applies.
- The tax applies for up to a maximum of 10 overnight stays (even non-consecutive).
- Exemptions: minors, up to the age of 18, are fully exempt from the tax.
The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid on arrival or departure, against the issue of a specific receipt.
Legal Information and Identification Codes
The “Cortile D’Annunzio” property operates in full compliance with the current tourism regulations of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the Ministry of Tourism:

As required by law, these codes are stated in all digital communications, on online booking platforms and are physically displayed outside the building and at the entrance intercom, guaranteeing full transparency.
Bookings, Rates and Payments
Availability is subject to final verification within 24 hours of the request. The booking is confirmed only after explicit confirmation and receipt of payment. Rates: EUR 200/night (1-2 guests), EUR 250/night (2 adults + children). Payment by credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer.
